Payment Terms. It is our policy to collect a retainer in advance of anticipated services to activate the executed agreement. Additionally, it is our policy to set up all monthly payment services as a recurring auto-charge to be billed to the Client credit card, ACH, EFT in advance of anticipated services due on the first day of each billing period. If the payment method is declined or another form of payment is not received by the fifth day of the billing period, FIRST6 must suspend all services until payment is received. Fees may apply.
